If you are coming from A6 (Paris-Lyon) and take the Courtenay exit, head towards Montargis and then Orleans (N 60). Take a left towards Chateauneuf on the Loire and then turn right towards Vitry. This route will take approximately 60 minutes from the A6 motorway.
