You will find yourself just 200 meters away from the iconic Eiffel Tower, situated on the second floor of a cozy building that lacks an elevator. This apartment offers a charming living space with a sole double room available for guests. The room features lovely Venetian stucco walls, adorned with ethnic touches to create a unique ambiance. It is a modest and private space, complete with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower. The room's windows open up to an inner courtyard and are in need of renovation.For those traveling with a small child, a cot is provided for your convenience. Additionally, the owner offers a babysitting service, allowing you to fully enjoy Paris during the enchanting nighttime hours.
Complimentary internet access and international landline calls are available for your convenience. You can also indulge in a variety of coffee, teas, and herbal teas, which are provided free of charge in the room. Small dogs are welcome to join you during your stay.
Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by an Italian-American lady who has three children with birth years of 1997, 2002, and 2004. Breakfast will be served at the family table, either with or without the family, depending on the schedule. The household members are fluent in French and Italian, while the owner is also fluent in English and has a working knowledge of German.
This is the perfect location to explore Paris and easily navigate the city using buses or the owner's preferred mode of transportation, biking.
