This comfortable gite is conveniently situated just 200 meters away from the beach and shops. It has been awarded a Clévacances rating of 2 keys, ensuring a high standard of accommodation. With a capacity for up to 4 people, this cozy space spans approximately 35 m2.The gite offers flexible rental options, including weekly stays, weekend getaways, or even nightly stays. It features two bedrooms - one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Additionally, there is a dining room with a TV and a well-equipped kitchenette that includes a fridge, small freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle.
The bathroom is complete with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The gite benefits from excellent heating, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.
One of the highlights of this property is its spacious and sunny terrace, measuring a generous 140 m2. Here, guests can relax on the provided garden furniture, make use of the barbecue, or lower the roller blind for added privacy. The terrace is also securely fenced, making it a safe play area for children.
To accommodate families with young children, a cot and high chair are available upon request. Additionally, guests have access to an iron and ironing board, as well as laundry facilities. Wi-Fi is provided for those who require internet access.

Hôtes d'une gentillesse rare. Maison très belle et la propreté numéro un. Et que parler des gentillesses que nous avons reçu. Mon petit fils du Québec ce souviendras longtemps De la mer avec M. Gilles. Merci pour ces belles vacances en 2014.
