This charming gite offers a private and tranquil setting on a spacious land. It features a delightful terrace and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. A parasol and barbecue are also available for your convenience. Additionally, the gite includes a cellar and a parking space.Inside, you will find a cozy and well-appointed space spanning 60 m2, ideal for 2 to 4 persons. The main room boasts a lovely fireplace and a wood stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes a mobile bar, ensuring easy meal preparation. Electric heaters are present in each room to keep you comfortable. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa (which can accommodate 2 people) and a bed (also accommodating 2 people). A chair and a TV complete the interior amenities.

Our region is surrounded by beautiful lakes, rivers, forests, farmland landscapes, and medieval architecture. You will be enchanted by the charm of our cities and villages in Burgundy. Don't forget to indulge in the wine and gastronomy that Burgundy is famous for.
If you're interested in a day trip to Paris, you can take the TGV for just 18 Euros round trip on Saturdays.
For pedestrians, you can take the train and rent bikes at the station. Make sure to contact the Montbard tourist office and mention us as a partner to receive discounts.
