Cancellation and No Show:
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the arrival date are free of charge.
- In case of late cancellation or no show within 3 days of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.

Occupation Terms of the Room:
- Check-in time starts from 1:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is no later than 11:00 a.m.

Car Travel to Lourdes:
- The two main entrances to the main shrines are one-way streets, which change every 15 days.
- From the city center, take Rue de la Grotte from the 1st to the 15th of the month.
- From the 16th to the 30th/31st of the month, take Boulevard de la Grotte.
- Check the direction of flow on the day of arrival before you come.

Bus Travel:
- Bus shuttles are available from the station (Citybus) to the Grotto - Hotel - Station.
- Buses run every 15 minutes.
- Choose one or two lines.
- Prices: 1.20 Euro per person for one way, 2.20 Euro per person for round trip.
- Operating hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (until 10:30 PM in July and August).
