Situated in the heart of the city of Chalonnes-sur-Loire, this building is part of a UNESCO World Heritage classified territory. Its authenticity and tranquil atmosphere will captivate you, especially the garden and terrace which offer a fantastic view of the Loire River.

After months of careful renovation, the Lodging House of the Bargemen is ready to open its doors, maintaining the charm of its surroundings with tasteful decoration.

The main house of this building consists of three guest rooms, each uniquely and imaginatively decorated. Additionally, the Boatmen's Holiday Cottage has been completely renovated to provide a comfortable and independent stay.

Conveniently located near various amenities, you can easily explore the diverse restaurants, bars, and markets (which are the largest in Maine-et-Loire with over a hundred vendors) on foot in Chalonnes-sur-Loire.

This delightful cottage is perfect for families, friends, or groups of up to six people. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an induction plate, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Guests also have free access to the laundry room for washing and drying clothes.

The first floor offers a spacious living room, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200), as well as a shower room and separate toilet. On the second floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200).

The cottage features a charming wooded garden and terraces that overlook the scenic Loire River. Guests can fully enjoy their stay by taking advantage of the numerous activities offered in the region.
