Experience the beauty of France's Bretagne Cotes de Granit Rose with a stay in our modern new house. Located near Perros Guirec, this peaceful retreat offers an exceptional view of the sea and the famous seven islands.

Our ground floor apartment has independent access, a garden deck, and a basement with a car parking space. Situated just 200m from the white sandy beach and close to the "Côte de Granit Rose" and the treck GR34, you'll have plenty of opportunities to explore the stunning coastline.

The town center, with its bakery, pubs, press and tobacco shops, butchery, and grocery stores, is only 1.2 km away. During your stay, make sure to visit Perros Guirec, Port Blanc, Trégastel, Paimpol, Tréguier, and other charming "petites cités de caractère" in the Trégor region.

Inside the apartment, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, three beautiful bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and separate toilets. Enjoy outdoor dining on the teak made garden table and chairs, and make use of the barbecue for delicious meals.

Our property is visited and registered by Clévacances, and classified as 3 keys. If desired, bed sheets are available for rent.
