Experience the romantic charm of our cottage, perfectly situated on the Dutch/Belgian border. Located just 2 km from the renowned village of Philippine, known for its exceptional restaurants, and 3 km from Assenede, one of the oldest villages in Flanders.

Our cozy cottage accommodates up to 6 or 7 guests, offering three double bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom boasts a spacious king-size bed, while the other two bedrooms feature two comfortable single beds each. Upon request, we can also provide a complimentary cot for your convenience. The cottage also includes a modern design bathroom and toilet.

On the ground level, you will find a welcoming hallway, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room complete with a fireplace, HD TV, DVD player, and wifi internet access. The dining room offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the garden, surrounding fields, and pastures. Outside, you can enjoy our beautiful garden and relax on the various south-facing sun terraces, complete with a BBQ for delightful outdoor dining experiences. Additionally, we provide free bicycles for our guests to explore the area.

Activities in the vicinity include tennis, golf, sailing, surfing, swimming in tropical indoor and outdoor pools, fishing, cycling, hiking, kayaking, and even indoor skiing. The region is perfect for cycling, walking, fishing, and relaxation, as well as for discovering the historical towns of Ghent, Hulst (NL) (17 km), Bruges, Antwerp, Damme, Middelburg, Goes, and Veere (NL) (35 km). The stunning Belgian/Dutch North Sea Coast, with its charming seaside resorts of Breskens, Cadzand, Knokke, and Vlissingen, is just a 20-minute drive away.

For your convenience, we are located within a reasonable distance from various airports, including Brussels Zaventem (90 km), Brussels South/Charleroi (135 km), and Lille/Lesquin (France) (110 km). Calais Eurotunnel is 170 km away, and Dunkerque Ferry Port is 125 km away.
