With a generous total area of 70 m2, the cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.Enhancing the appeal of this delightful cottage are two lovely terraces. One of the terraces offers a picturesque view of the rooftops and the lively street below, creating a perfect spot to unwind and soak in the atmosphere.
Furthermore, the cottage includes cellar space on the ground floor that is currently being developed into an additional bedroom and a library/game room, adding to the overall appeal and functionality of the property.
Please note that the cottage is available for bookings during the first week of July until August 31st, with a weekly rate of 450 euros.
