This village house is an ancient and independent property located on the edge of the woods. It offers a lovely enclosed garden of 600m², as well as convenient parking space outside and in a private courtyard.

Inside, you will find a spacious kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen also provides direct access to the terrace, making it easy to enjoy meals outdoors. The living room, measuring 30m², features a cozy wood stove, two single beds (90cm), a TV, and WIFI access.

The house also includes a comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed (160cm), a modern shower room, and a separate toilet. For added convenience, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.

Within 1km, there is a very nice hostel that serves local specialties, perfect for enjoying a meal out. Additionally, there is the option to request end-of-stay cleaning for a fee of 40 euros.

To ensure a comfortable stay, sheets and towels are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival. The tourist tax is also included in the rental price.

To reach your destination, follow these revised travel directions:

When exiting the A31 motorway at NIGHTS SAINT GEORGES, head in the direction of "Vergy monuments and sites" and Pont de Pany on the D25. Continue on the D35 towards Pont de Villars Fontaine Pany. Keep going straight ahead. After a few miles, take a left turn towards MESSANGES. Continue straight ahead and you will find the house on your left at number 20 rue vineyards.
