The front garden features a paved terrace with seating for 8 people, as well as a hammock and sunbeds for ultimate relaxation. A charcoal BBQ is also available, perfect for enjoying outdoor summer lunches and dinners.

Upon entering the villa, you will find an entrance hall providing access to all ground floor rooms and stairs leading to the upper part of the house.

The tastefully decorated L-shaped lounge boasts white and soft yellow tones, with two large sofas and two armchairs comfortably seating 8 guests. At the end of the room, a decorative open fire adds to the cozy ambiance. Entertainment options include a Satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo. A bookshelf filled with books and DVDs is also available for your enjoyment.
