At our school, we exclusively utilize environmentally certified products sourced from Cioran's farm, which is owned by the hotel-pension. The farm, known as Fereme, supplies us with a wide variety of fresh produce on a daily basis, including dairy products, meat products, eggs, vegetables, fruits, homemade bread, and pastries. Additionally, tourists visiting our school have the opportunity to engage in various farm activities, such as participating in animal nutrition and milking, assisting in the collection and preservation of vegetables and fruits, as well as enjoying horseback riding on donkeys or in sleds or cars.
