This unique two-room apartment, situated in the heart of Strasbourg just minutes away from historic landmarks and Christmas markets, offers a comfortable stay with all the necessary amenities. Located on the second floor of an 18th-century building, this 55 m2 apartment features spacious and bright rooms with exposed beams. It can accommodate up to five guests and includes a fully equipped open kitchen with modern appliances such as a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, teapot, cooking utensils, and necessary dishes. The kitchen is connected to the living room, which consists of a double sofa bed, coffee table, storage furniture, and a TV monitor. The bedroom, overlooking the courtyard, is furnished with a 140 bed, a large wardrobe, and a baby cot. The bathroom includes a bathtub, storage cabinet, and towels. The toilet is separate.During the winter season, from November 26 to January 8, 2012, the apartment is available for rent. The nightly rate is €160, while a two-night stay costs €300. For a weekend stay from Friday to Sunday (14h-11h), the rate is also €300. A week-long stay from Monday to Friday (14h-11h) costs €500, and all charges and taxes are included in the price. The departure cleaning fee and linen are also provided.
To make a reservation, a 50% payment is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival. A €300 deposit is also required. Payment can be made in cash, bank checks, postal checks, postal or bank transfer, or international money transfer. Please note that these are the terms and conditions for booking this apartment.
