Welcome to our large seaside villa in St Aubin sur Mer! Located just 200 meters from the stunning sand beach of the Alabaster Coast, our villa is the perfect getaway for up to 17 people. With 175m² of living space and set on a beautifully landscaped 1500m² plot, this villa offers comfort and relaxation.Outside, you'll find a small tarred closed court with outdoor furniture, a fixed barbecue, and a ping pong table. We also provide a lockable shed for bicycles. For families with children, there is a small bedroom with a single bed, as well as another bedroom with two single beds stacked on top of each other. These rooms are equipped with toys, society games, and disguises, as well as a washbasin.
Inside, the ground floor features a dining room next to a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The spacious living room spans 47m² and offers breathtaking views of the sea with its 10 large windows. It is furnished with a French billiards table, a sofa bed, a large table, a TV, and a small working fireplace.
On the first and second floors, you will find five bedrooms, including four double beds, nine single beds, and three cots with covers, duvet-covers, and pillows. There are also two bathrooms and two separate toilets. The villa is equipped with central heating and is suitable for babies.
For your convenience, we offer sheet rentals for 6 euros per pair. Additionally, a cleaning supplement of 60 euros is available. Every morning, you can enjoy fresh fish from the local fishermen boats. For all your shopping needs, Veules les Roses and St Valéry en Caux are just 10 minutes away and offer a wide range of amenities, including a pleasure port, a tourist office, a casino, a swimming pool, an aerodrome, and a hospital. The beach resort of Dieppe is also just 25 minutes away.
In the vicinity, you'll find many beautiful floral parks, such as the Bois des Moutiers in Varengeville sur Mer, as well as charming chateaux and stately homes. If you're a fan of walking, there are numerous trekking paths along the sea shore and through the countryside.

Directions
From Paris, travel 200km towards Rouen. Take the Barentin exit on the A15 highway and continue until you reach Pavilly. Then, follow the D142 road towards Limésy/Yerville. Once you reach Yerville, turn right onto the D142 road towards SAINT LAURENT Cx, then continue towards Fountain Dun and St Pierre the viger. Next, take the D237 road towards Strapping woman - St Pierre the Old man. At the Dun Borough, make a right turn towards St Aubin. After passing "the Saltworks," turn left onto the D75 road towards St Aubin. Descend the street towards "the beach." The entrance will be on your left, after a series of letter-boxes for postal and telecommunications authorities. Alternatively, if you are coming from Rouen, take the direction towards Dieppe. When you reach St Aubin/Scie, turn towards Offranville and then continue on the D54 road towards Ouville the river. From there, take the D925 road towards Bourg Dun and finally, the D237 road towards St Aubin on sea.
