This 30m room has been beautifully renovated by an architect in August 2011, with a lovely kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and espresso machine.
There is a very beautiful bathroom with a toilet.

Minimum rental period is 2 nights.
For 3 and 4 nights, the rate is €85.
For 5 and 6 nights, the rate is €80.
