- A spacious 30 m2 living room on the ground floor, featuring a LCD TV, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen.
- A first-floor bedroom furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (BZ type) measuring 140 cm.
- A second-floor bedroom furnished with a cozy double bed measuring 140 cm and an additional single bed measuring 90 cm.
