Description for B&B:
Linas, a picturesque French village located 25 km south of Paris, is the perfect stopover on your journey to the west (Brittany, the Loire Castles, Bordeaux) or the south of France (Lyon, the Riviera). Our recently renovated rural house offers a tranquil retreat with a spacious garden. The harmonious ambiance of our guest rooms is achieved through a blend of elegant materials, soothing colors, and a fusion of the old and the new. You will feel refreshed and at ease during your stay.
We have three exquisite and tastefully designed rooms: "l'Amarante" (accommodating up to 4 people), which is fully accessible for disabled individuals, "l'Alcôve" (with a double bed), and "la Dorée" (with a single bed).
"L'Amarante" features a private terrace where breakfast can be served, weather permitting, and has its own parking space within the garden.
Each guest room has a separate entrance from the main house, ensuring privacy. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with an "Italian" shower (at floor level), toilets, a TV, a DVD player, and complimentary high-speed internet access.
Our guests can enjoy a shared dining room with self-cooking facilities, including a kettle, microwave, griddle, fridge, and kitchenware, allowing for a convenient and independent stay.
As is customary in a bed and breakfast, we offer a traditional French breakfast in the dining room, featuring freshly baked baguettes, croissants, and our homemade jams. However, guests are also welcome to prepare their own meals in the shared kitchen.
If you are planning a visit to Paris and desire a place where you can unwind, breathe, and experience quality at an affordable price, or if you are en route to the charming châteaux de la Loire or other destinations, and seek a truly French atmosphere to relax in, do not miss the opportunity to stay with us.
