La Seigneurie offers its spaces and tranquil, welcoming environment for the planning of your stay. We are here to assist you in organizing your sightseeing plans. We have two rooms available for your accommodation, one on the ground floor and another on the upper floor. Additionally, a cozy lounge/dining area is provided for you to relax and enjoy your breakfast.

Description for Gite

We offer two charming rooms, one pink and one green, each with its own private bathroom and toilet. In addition, our cozy living room is equipped with a TV for your entertainment. As our guest, you will also have access to two bicycles, perfect for exploring the surrounding area. For your leisure, we provide a ping pong table and a variety of indoor and outdoor games.

Conveniently located just 13 km away from both Saintes and Cognac, our gite is an ideal base for exploring the region. Upon your arrival, we will welcome you with a refreshing drink. Please note that our swimming pool is shared with our family.

Check-in time is at 17:00 and check-out is before 11:00. However, we understand that special occasions may require flexibility, so we are happy to accommodate changes to these times. We kindly request a minimum stay of two days, and as a thank you, we offer a 10% discount for longer stays.
