Our charming small house, situated on a 3-hectare plot of land near the tranquil forest, offers a delightful and recently renovated retreat (opening July 2018) adorned with environmentally-friendly materials. The accommodation features two bedrooms, a cozy living room with a kitchen and bar area, as well as a private bathroom and toilet, all exclusively for the use of our guests.Nestled 30 meters away from the owner's residence, our house provides a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, free from any disturbances or pollution. Immerse yourself in the peaceful ambiance and stunning natural surroundings, with the option to explore the nearby villages, such as the prehistorical caves of Saulges, the Basilique of Evron, the Roman site of Jublains, and the medieval village of Sainte Suzanne. Additionally, various stud farms are conveniently located nearby.
For guests arriving by train, we offer complimentary transportation from Evron SNCF train station.
The nightly rate includes household textiles and a delectable French breakfast complete with fresh fruit juice.
