Welcome to Le Clos du Roaliguen, a charming detached house located less than 200m from the beach in Morbihan Brittany. This self-catering accommodation offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

On the ground floor, you will find the main room which includes a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy lounge area. The kitchen features integrated appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge, oven, micro-wave oven, electric coffee machine, and even a steam-cooker. It is stocked with all the necessary cookware and utensils. Upon arrival, you will also find a basic food reserve.

The lounge area is furnished with two double settees, a flat-screen TV, and free Internet access through wifi. A convenient shower room with a thermostatic tap, toilets, and a bathroom sink is also located on this floor. Additionally, there is a cellar where you can find a washing machine and a barbecue set that can be used on the terrace.

Moving upstairs, you will discover the parents' room which features a comfortable double bed (140 cm wide) with bedside tables, a table and chair, as well as a fitted cabinet and shelves for storage. The children's room offers two single beds (80 cm wide) with bedside tables and fitted shelves. There is also a bathroom with a bath, toilets, and a bathroom sink on this floor.

Outside, you can enjoy the lovely surroundings on two terraces - one in front of the house and another on the west side. The terraces are equipped with a small garden, table and chairs, and a sun umbrella for your relaxation. Additionally, there is a private parking place available right in front of the house.
