Experience an extraordinary vacation in the heart of the captivating Bay of Audierne at our charming guesthouse, Menez Reun. Discover the perfect blend of seaside tranquility and modern comforts in our beautifully renovated home, completed in 2015.

Bathed in natural light, our house boasts a spacious south-facing terrace, offering breathtaking views of the treetops. Whether you choose to bask in the sun, relax in the spa pool, or indulge in a delicious meal cooked on the plancha, this terrace is the ideal spot to unwind.

With a generous 175 square meters of space, our house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children. It features two bedrooms with double beds (160×200), a spare bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a large room with four single beds (90×200), and three bathrooms (including two Italian showers and one bath).

The expansive living room, which opens onto the terrace, welcomes you with a cozy fireplace and an elegant dining area. Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a triple induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee machine. Our goal is to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, so we provide amenities such as WiFi, TV, a washing machine, and a dryer.

Nestled between land and sea, the Baie d'Audierne stretches from the majestic Pointe du Raz in the north to Penmarc'h in the south. Its diverse landscapes range from dramatic cliffs in the north to sandy beaches, rocky shores, and sand dunes in the south. This unique environment has fostered the growth of a remarkable array of flora and fauna. Over 300 species of birds find sanctuary in the ponds and reedbeds that lie beyond the dunes.

Menez Reun is located in the most untouched part of the Baie d'Audierne, in the heart of the picturesque Pays Bigouden. Here, you can immerse yourself in a myriad of landscapes and activities, while exploring the region's gastronomy and local seafood delicacies including Guilvinec langoustines, oysters, lobsters, and fresh fish.

Situated just 3km from a stunning 9km sandy beach that stretches from Penhors to La Torche, Menez Reun offers an abundance of beach activities. Whether you prefer to relax or try your hand at surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, or yachting, this area is a haven for water sports enthusiasts. La Torche surf school is also nearby, offering surfing lessons for all skill levels.

If you prefer to explore the countryside, you'll be delighted by the 500km of hiking, biking, horseback riding, and cycling trails that await you in the Baie d'Audierne. The renowned hiking trail GR 34, known as the "chemin des douaniers," provides a scenic route along the coast, taking you past cliffs, beaches, and lighthouses. Along the way, you'll encounter breathtaking panoramas and discover hidden gems that showcase the beauty of Brittany.

Menez Reun is located on the edge of a protected natural area, neighboring the picturesque ponds of Kergalan, Trunvel, and San Vio. These ponds serve as havens for birds and are significant migration zones. If you're a horse enthusiast, you can gallop along the sandy beach with the local riding club, which offers horseback riding adventures suitable for all skill levels. Alternatively, venture out into the open sea and explore the enchanting Glenan Islands and the island of Sein, both just a short distance from Menez Reun.

Immerse yourself in the rich local heritage of Pays Bigouden, which can be discovered at the Musée Bigouden in Pont l'Abbé or the Musée Breton in Quimper. Along the coast and countryside, you'll encounter many chapels, dolmens, and menhirs, each with its own fascinating story. Quimper, located 25km from Menez Reun, boasts a stunning cathedral, charming townhouses, and a labyrinth of quaint streets and squares, offering a delightful glimpse into the past.
