This description is for a spacious cottage that can accommodate 5 to 6 people. The total area of the cottage is 110 m², with a comfortable living room measuring 30 m². The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and a mini CD radio for entertainment.The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, one hotplate, three gas fireplaces, a refrigerator, and a fireplace with a wood stove for cooking and heating purposes.
There is a bedroom with a comfortable bed measuring 160 x 200. Another bedroom has two beds measuring 90 x 190. Additionally, there is an independent room with a bed measuring 140 x 190, along with a shower room and a separate toilet.
The cottage also includes a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron table, a washbasin, and an additional toilet.
A terrace is available for guests to enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and the nearby castle. The private garden is fenced and measures 110 m², providing ample space for relaxation. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available for guests to enjoy outdoor meals and gatherings.
A garage is provided for guests to park their vehicles securely.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in the cottage, and pets are not accepted.

Directions
To reach the house, follow these travel directions: Take exit 15 from the A75 motorway and turn left towards St Germain Lembron. Then, take a right towards Boudes, followed by another right towards Chalus. As you enter Chalus, you'll find the house located behind the barn with the red porch.
