The Saintecroix house features three double bedrooms with the following descriptions:1. La Chapelle: This charming bedroom boasts beamed ceilings and a comfortable double bed. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the front, overlooking the river and the 12th Century Abbey Chapel of Sainte Croix. The en-suite shower room offers a WC and lovely views of the garden and swimming pool.
2. Les Poutres: With its characterful ambiance, this bedroom offers a double bed and an additional single bed if needed. The room is adorned with many beams and provides a delightful view of the side of the house. The en-suite shower room includes a WC and offers views of the front of the house, the river, and the 12th Century Abbey Chapel of Sainte Croix.
3. La Voliere: Boasting ample space, this large bedroom features a double bed and an extra single bed if required. The en-suite shower room includes a WC. Guests can admire the numerous beams in the room and enjoy panoramic views of the river, Ville Haute, and the medieval Chateau.

Excellent souvenir de mon passage à "Sainte-Croix" avec 4 amis randonneurs. Très chaleureux accueil de Nicole & John passionnés de leur village d'adoption (et d'origine pour Nicole) Angles sur Anglin.
Très bonne qualité d'hébergement avec un plus pour la piscine mise à disposition et le charmant petit-déjeuner pris sur la terrasse avant de continuer notre chemin ..

Directions
Angles-sur-LAnglin, a village located in Central France, can be found approximately 150 kilometers inland from La Rochelle on the Atlantic coast. It is also situated about 45 kilometers northeast of Poitiers and around 100 kilometers northwest of Tours. To reach the village, you can take the A10 Autoroute and exit at Chatellerault-Nord, which is approximately 30 kilometers to the west. Another option is to take the A20 Autoroute and exit at 15, which is located about 60 kilometers east of the village near Argenton-sur-Creuse.
If you prefer to travel by air, Poitiers has an International Airport called Poitiers Biard. Ryanair offers daily flights from London Stansted to Poitiers, and there are also daily connections to the Air France regional hub at Lyon, allowing for onward worldwide connections via Paris. Tours also has an International Airport, known as Tours Val de Loire, where Ryanair operates daily flights from London Stansted.
For those interested in train travel, Poitiers is conveniently located on the main TGV train line between Paris and Bordeaux. This line offers direct connections from the London Eurostar at Lille, allowing for a seamless journey to Poitiers on a daily basis. The Lille TGV also stops at Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle Airport, providing convenient onward connections to regional destinations in the UK and other international locations. Please note that while Chatellerault railway station is closer to the village than Poitiers, it has fewer stopping trains.
