Located in the picturesque port of Lyvet, near the charming towns of Dinan and Saint-Malo, this delightful cottage has been beautifully renovated to accommodate 1-4 people. With a total area of 40 m2, it features a welcoming entrance and a fully equipped bathroom on the ground floor, while the upper floor offers a cozy living and sleeping space, as well as a well-appointed kitchen area overlooking the idyllic Rance river.We have carefully designed the cottage with a warm and inviting decor, using only high-quality materials. It provides all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay by the banks of the Rance, while being conveniently close to restaurants and popular tourist attractions in the region. Additionally, there is a lovely terrace upstairs where you can relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings.
Please note that during the high season, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. Access to the rental is through a communal road. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance and a modern bathroom with a WC, washbasin, and shower. A charming mill staircase leads you to the well-lit upper floor, which boasts two large windows offering beautiful views from both the east and west. Here, you will find the kitchen area, the terrace, and a comfortable living and sleeping area with convertible sofas, all overlooking the enchanting harbor.
