We have personally renovated this family home in 2017, creating a welcoming space that can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people with 12 individual beds available. Inspired by the charming guest house La Ferraz, we have designed this cottage to reflect the same warm and inviting atmosphere.Description for Gite
We, the owners, completed the full renovation of this family house in 2017. The house now offers 4 bedrooms on the upper floor, each equipped with 10 single beds measuring 90x200, along with a shared bathroom and toilet.On the ground floor, there is an additional bathroom with a separate toilet for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. It is connected to a spacious living area, allowing you to prepare and enjoy meals together.
The living area includes a library, TV, table football, piano, and a cozy corner with a meridian that can be converted into an extra double bed. There is also a studio attached to the living area, which features a double bed (140x190), a single bed (90x190), a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a toilet.
In total, this cottage has 12 individual beds and can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people.
Outside, you will have access to parking, terraces, a garden, and a petanque area. The property is completely private, with no overlooking neighbors, and can be accessed via a gravel road.
