Our residence, formerly owned by the knight of Arliguie who commanded the citadel of Blaye, is truly deserving of its title as a masterful house. It boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, a living room with additional sleeping arrangements, and a charming semi-detached cottage that accommodates 3 people. Additionally, there is an expansive cellar spanning over 100 m², all situated on a plot of land exceeding 2 hectares. The property is enveloped by lush woods and vineyards of Côtes de Blaye, creating a serene and picturesque setting.Once owned by a General Farmer of the King, this house has recently undergone restoration to recapture its 18th-century charm when it was originally refurbished. The vestibule itself dates back to the 16th century, adding a touch of historical significance. Nestled amidst nature, the property offers a tranquil retreat away from the bustling noise of the city. However, if you require any amenities, the village of Saint Ciers, located just 1 km away, provides all the necessary shops.
