We offer a spacious and well-equipped room and studio with a kitchenette that includes hotplates, a refrigerator, a mini oven, a coffee maker, and an electric toaster. In addition, there is a picnic table under the trees and a barbecue for your enjoyment.Our property boasts large relaxation and sports areas, equivalent to 7 football fields in size. You will also have direct and private access to the beautiful "La Vézère" river, where you can engage in activities such as swimming, canoeing, and fishing.
For your comfort, we provide comfortable armchairs and sunbeds, as well as a swimming pool. You can rest assured knowing that your vehicle will be safely parked in our shaded and private parking area, accessible through a motorized gate.
Our rental is conveniently located near all the historical and pre-historic sites of the Périgord Noir region. We have been catering to individual renters for over 15 years, ensuring a reliable and enjoyable experience.
