Only a short distance away, approximately ten kilometers, you will find the alluring ocean beaches of Arcachon and the famous Pyla Dune. Additionally, leisure parks, a casino, Blue Green Golf, and Ville Marie airfield are all within easy reach.

Welcome to our charming gite with rooms that have their own separate entrance, allowing for complete privacy. From your room, you can enjoy a delightful view of our well-maintained garden and inviting heated swimming pool.Rest assured, our rooms have recently been beautifully arranged to ensure impeccable hygiene and offer a comfortably restful experience with brand new and cozy bedding. The beds are spacious and measure 160 centimeters wide. Additionally, each room is equipped with its own private bathroom and toilet facilities.
Please note that all of our rooms are non-smoking and we do not allow any pets on the premises.
Our fully furnished accommodation, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, is situated within our property. With a generous living area of 27 square meters, it includes a well-appointed living room with a kitchenette, a convenient sofa bed, a modern flat screen TV with satellite channels, and a handy washing machine.
You will also find a comfortable bedroom with a 140 centimeter wide bed, a bathroom complete with a toilet, a covered terrace with a convenient plancha grill, an air conditioning unit to keep you cool during warm days, and reliable internet access via either WIFI or ethernet connection.
Rest easy knowing that our secure car park is available for your use.
Finally, please note that the swimming pool is shared among guests and can be enjoyed between 10 am and 7 pm.

To reach 13 Sand Lane, 33470 Gujan Mestras from Bordeaux, follow these directions: Take the A63 highway towards the Arcachon basin and continue onto the A660 in the direction of Gujan Mestras. The destination will be located at the end of the driveway.
