This fully independent gite offers a comfortable stay with its 60 sq.m. size and 4-star tourism rating. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is conveniently located between Montpellier (12 km) and Lunel (6 km), with the beaches just 12 km away. The kitchen is equipped with gas plates, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator-freezer, as well as a multifunction oven. The living room features a TV with TNT and DVD player, along with WIFI access. The mezzanine-bedroom includes a 160x200 bed and a desk, while the second bedroom has two beds measuring 90x200 (with an additional bed of the same size available). The bathroom includes a WC, and outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The gite also offers a garage with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a gas barbecue. Dans cet endroit tout est parfait: propreté, calme, gentillesse et discrétion de la propriétaire, belle région , piscine très bien entretenue allez y vous ne serez pas déçus.
