The room is situated on the ground floor of an independent building and is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It features a comfortable double bed, a corner office, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom equipped with environmentally-friendly dry toilets and a spacious Italian shower measuring 90*120cm.In the morning, guests can enjoy breakfast either at our table or in the gazebo, depending on the weather. For dinner, we offer a table d'hôtes experience, but reservations are required and subject to our availability.
Our hamlet is located on the outskirts of an 8-hectare woodland, which is perfect for hiking. There is also a connection to the GR 37 hiking trail just 1 km away. The Dinan-Vannes greenway is conveniently located only one kilometer from our property. We can provide a garage for bicycles or motorbikes, and there is a dedicated park for horses or donkeys accessible directly from the courtyard. Additionally, we have a variety of farm animals on-site, including cats, chickens, and sheep.

For larger groups, an additional room on the first floor is provided, making it suitable for up to 6 people. The cottage is wheelchair-friendly, ensuring everyone can enjoy their stay comfortably.Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a convenient washing machine. Ample parking space is available, and the cottage boasts a delightful garden, a terrace, and a barbecue area for outdoor relaxation and dining. Entertainment is provided with a television, and you can stay connected with either WiFi or cable Internet access.

Directions
To reach your destination, start at Rennes and head towards St Brieuc on RN 12. Take the second exit labeled "Montauban-de-Bretagne" and turn right, followed by a left onto D61 towards Médréac. Continue straight for 2 km, passing through the village of Saint-MHervon. Keep going until you reach a crossroads with a pumping station on your right. After the crossroads, continue for another 100 m and then turn right onto a lane marked with a "stop" sign. You have arrived! The nearest train station is Montauban-de-Bretagne, which is 7 km away.
