This apartment is conveniently situated near various amenities and attractions including the beach, food shops, markets, water sports facilities, cultural centers, nightclubs, water park, nature base, historical center of old FREJUS, and shopping in ST RAPHAEL. Access to these places is easily accessible through a pedestrian path called the "chemin béal".

The apartment overlooks the park of the residence and can comfortably accommodate 3 people, although it is ideal for 2. It features an entrance, a spacious bathroom with a toilet, a fully renovated kitchenette, and a living room with a non-enclosed sleeping area.

Sleeping arrangements include a double bed in the bedroom area and a double sofa bed in the living area.

To secure the reservation, the tenant must sign a contract and provide a deposit check. The remaining balance and the deposit must be paid upon arrival.

The apartment is equipped with new appliances including a TV, washing machine, multifunction microwave oven, ceramic hob, and fridge-freezer.

The bathroom is equipped with a large wall mirror above the sink unit and the toilet, as well as another mirror fixed on the inside of the door.

To make a reservation, the tenant must sign a contract and provide a 30% deposit check to the owner. The reservation is considered firm and definitive after sending the completed and signed lease, along with the deposit check. The remaining balance and the deposit must be paid upon arrival before the keys are handed over.

Upon arrival, a guarantee check must be provided to the owner's representative, who will keep it on file during the stay.

The advertised price includes water and electricity consumption, except during the low season where a flat rate of 105 per week applies.

In the event of a tenant's cancellation, the deposit paid will be forfeited if the cancellation occurs less than one month before the lease start date. If the cancellation occurs less than one month before the lease start date, the tenant will also be required to pay the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent.

Check-in takes place on Saturdays and the owner's representative will be available to coordinate arrival and departure times, as well as address any issues during the stay. Check-in is in the afternoon from 2 pm onwards, and check-out is in the morning before 11 am.

Upon check-in, two keychains will be provided, one of which includes the remote control for the residence's gate and underground garages. In the event of loss, a charge of 120 will apply for the keychain with 4 keys, and 60 for the small keychain with 3 keys.

Three pool bracelets will be available in the apartment for use at the swimming pool. In the event of loss, each bracelet will incur a charge of 75.
