Description for B&B:
Welcome to my home where you can truly unwind and feel at ease. I will be respectful of your space but readily available if you ever require assistance. Kindly note that this is not a self-catering accommodation, therefore bringing your own food onto the premises is not permitted. However, a delightful French breakfast is included in the price and I can also arrange additional meals for your convenience. There is an abundance of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area. Just 5 km away, you'll find a stunning forest with picturesque lakes. For those who enjoy walking or cycling, there are numerous routes suitable for all fitness levels (with bike hire available). If fishing is your passion, both carp and fly fishing options are available. Additionally, you can relish sandy beaches, sailing boats, canoeing, pedalos, and even camping. Restaurants and cafes in the vicinity are open throughout the day, and on Saturday nights and Sunday afternoons, you can enjoy live music at the local restaurant.
Within a 25-36 km radius, you'll discover historically rich towns such as Alencon, Mayenne, and Le Mans, while charming villages are even closer by. If you're interested in exploring beyond the local area, Paris is just a short 1.5-hour train ride away. Furthermore, the ferry ports of Caen (2 hours) and Dieppe (3 hours) are within driving distance. For those arriving by air, there are airports in Rennes and Tours, with Ryanair offering flights.
You are more than welcome to make use of the small garden, a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Additionally, there is a designated sitting and smoking area on the patio. Please be aware that my house policy strictly prohibits smoking indoors, and I kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering. If desired, I can provide luxurious pure linen bedlinen upon special arrangement.
