Located in the charming region of Gers, between Auch and Toulouse, this characterful gite offers a comfortable and spacious accommodation with a swimming pool, set within a stunning 1850s property. Ideal for 2 or 5 people, the gite boasts a charming decor with exposed stones and beams, adding to its unique charm.Surrounded by a 1.8-hectare park, the gite is nestled in the heart of nature, in one of the most beautiful areas of the southwest known for its architectural treasures, gastronomy, and relaxed way of life. With a prefectural approval of 3 stars, this gite offers two rooms - one with a 140x190 bed and the other with two 90x190 beds. Additionally, there is an office and a spacious living area of 80m2, which includes a fully equipped kitchen and an extra bed. The accommodation also includes a bathroom, separate toilet, and various amenities such as a gas cooker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, television, DVD player, and hi-fi system. Child-friendly equipment is available upon request.
The gite is situated in a 1.7-hectare garden, surrounded by fields and woods, accessible via a private road of approximately 900 meters. Its secluded location ensures a peaceful stay, while still offering convenient access to the main road (N124) just 5 kilometers away. This allows for easy exploration of the charming Gers region and the opportunity to visit the vibrant city of Toulouse, also known as the "pink city".
Outside, guests can enjoy the typical courtyard of traditional Gers houses for a cool retreat, a terrace, and a spacious swimming pool (12x6m) secured by a barrier in compliance with safety standards (NF P90-306). The property also offers various amenities for children, including a swing and tricycle, as well as a table tennis table and two all-terrain bicycles. Additionally, there is a range of garden furniture available, including comfortable teak chairs, a table, garden chairs, and a cane bench and armchairs.
