Each room in our establishment offers a unique and distinct experience. The "chocolate" room features a comfortable 140x190 bed and a BZ that can accommodate up to 4 people. It also includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, and wc. The "butterfly" room is perfect for 1 or 2 people, with a cozy 140x190 bed, walk-in shower, washbasin, and wc. The "anise green" room offers a Zen ambiance for 1 or 2 people, with an Italian shower, basin, and wc.

Start your day with a delightful breakfast featuring homemade jams, sourdough bread, homemade yogurt, and fresh seasonal fruits. And when it comes to dining at our table d'hôtes, rest assured that everything is made from scratch, including our delectable ice cream. We source our ingredients from the region and our organic garden, guaranteeing freshness and quality.

During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to meet our charming residents - Lilly and Charly, our two donkeys who have a soft spot for carrots and hard bread. We also have three cats and two dogs, Choco and Licorice, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Explore the beautiful surroundings, as our establishment is conveniently located near the greenway, an old restored railway track perfect for pedestrians and cyclists. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride to Condom or Lagraulet. For a refreshing swim, head to the Gondrin leisure park, just 5 kilometers away, offering giant slides, a wave pool, and a paddling pool in a shaded park where you can also enjoy a picnic. Don't miss the opportunity to visit nearby attractions such as the Cistercian church of Mouchan (1.2 kilometers), the Abbey of Flaran (13 kilometers), the collegiate church of La Romieu (15 kilometers), and the fortified village of Larressingle (5 kilometers). And if you're looking for some entertainment, check out the Latino tempo Vic-Fezensac, with its lively musical nights and night markets.

Description for Gite

Nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by lush greenery, our charming gite (accommodating 5 + 2 guests) offers a tranquil retreat with breathtaking views of the picturesque Gersoises hills.

Situated adjacent to a beautifully restored cellar, this 80m2 gite spans across two levels and features a private terrace and parking. Guests also have complimentary access to our expansive 25,000m2 garden.

The gite boasts a well-equipped kitchen that opens up to a spacious dining area, as well as a cozy living room with a comfortable double sofa bed. There are two bedrooms - one on the ground floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and the other on the upper floor with three single beds (90 x 190). The bathroom includes a shower, two sinks, storage space, and a washing machine, while the toilet is separate.

For your convenience, we provide various amenities such as a fridge/freezer, extractor hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and crockery. Additionally, we offer board games for your entertainment.

The rental price for the gite varies depending on the season. During July and August (weeks 30-31-32-33), the rate is €425 per week. From week 34 onwards, the rate decreases to €300 per week. Please note that linen and towels are not provided.

Weekend stays are also available outside of July and August, with specific dates to be arranged.

Before departing, guests are kindly requested to leave the gite clean. A 30% deposit is required upon booking, and the remaining balance, along with a €250 damage deposit, is to be paid upon arrival. We accept payment in the form of holiday vouchers, cash, bank transfers, and checks in Euros.

During your stay, you will have the pleasure of meeting our two friendly donkeys, as well as our two dogs and three cats. Unfortunately, we do not allow outside pets.

This summer, there is a wide range of leisure and activities to enjoy. Just 5km away, the Gondrin recreational aquatic park offers 4500m2 of swimming, four slides, a wave pool, and a children's pool. In Castéra-Verduzan, you can indulge in thermal baths, visit the casino, explore the racecourse, or enjoy the supervised beach and water slide at the recreation area. Other nearby attractions include the Condom Aqualudique Recreation Center, canoeing in Condom and Beaucaire, and the Larressingle Medieval Camps.

For those seeking cultural experiences, the region is rich in historical landmarks such as Larresingle, the Abbey of Flaran, the Cathedral of Condom, the Bastide de Fourcès, the Collegiate Church of the Romieu, the Cistercian church of Mouchan, the Castle of Cassaigne, the Lavardens castle, and the Museum of d'Artagnan in Lupiac. Additionally, there are various festivals to attend, including the Latino Tempo in Vic-Fezensac, the Jazz Festival in Marciac, the Country Music Festival in Mirande, and the musical nights in Condom, which run from July to September. Don't miss the vibrant night markets held in July and August.
