This charming gite offers a spacious living room with beautiful stone walls and high ceilings. The fully equipped kitchenette ensures your comfort with a refrigerator, freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishes.

The dining area features a table with six chairs, while the cozy lounge area includes a very comfortable sofa bed with a mattress, two armchairs, a TV, DVD player, and WIFI access.

The first bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom boasts a unique headboard made from a preserved bread oven. Additionally, there is a folding bed available. The beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided (please bring your own pool towels).

The bathroom offers a shower and sink, while the toilet is separate. In the spacious hallway, you will find a closet with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and all necessary cleaning supplies.

Guests have access to a 4000m2 park, playground, bicycles for loan, and outdoor games. The shared pool, measuring 5x10m2, is heated from June to September and treated with sea salt for a chlorine-free experience. There is also a hot shower and toilet by the pool area.

Directions

If you are traveling from the north of France, we recommend taking the A87 motorway from Angers-Cholet, followed by the A83 motorway. Take exit 8 towards La Rochelle at Fontenay le Comte.
For those coming from the south of France, take the A11 and, shortly after Niort, take the A83 motorway. Exit at Fontenay le Comte, exit 8 towards La Rochelle.
Our location is only 5 km away from junction 8 of the A83, making it extremely convenient!
