This charming 13th century Manoir in the village of Le Vigan offers four beautiful suites and a romantic hide-away with en-suite bathrooms. Nestled in the picturesque Périgord-Quercy region, it is the perfect destination for those seeking a relaxing summer retreat. The suites are tastefully furnished to complement the property's rich history and come equipped with tea-making facilities. The Quercy and Occitan suites boast private entrances and terraces, while the Régence and Aquitaine suites are located within the main house. Giron suite even has its own separate entrance.

The grounds of the property span just over two and a quarter acres and are truly delightful. Guests can enjoy a small wildlife lake and a scenic stream that flows through the gardens, accessible via a charming bridge leading to the Manoir. The grounds are adorned with a variety of impressive specimen trees, providing refreshing shade during the hot summer days. Comfortable garden furniture is available for guests to unwind after a day of exploring the enchanting French region. For those seeking a bit of gentle exercise, there is a croquet lawn and a boules court. And, of course, there is a swimming pool on-site. While originally installed to comply with French safety regulations, the pool cover has become a beloved feature among our guests, offering a wonderful facility to enjoy.

Directions

To reach the Manoir from Gourdon, start by taking the D801 road in an eastward direction. After approximately 5 km, you will come to a junction with the D673 road where you need to make a left turn. Continue on the D673 for about 100 meters, with the lake on your right, and then make a left turn. The Manoir will be located about 50 meters ahead on your left.

If you are coming from Bergerac airport, first head towards Gourdon. Once you reach Gourdon, follow the directions mentioned above to reach the Manoir.

For those coming from the A20 motorway, regardless of whether you are traveling from the north (including Limoges) or the south (including Toulouse airports), take the exit at Junction 56. At the first roundabout, turn left onto the D801 road, which will be signposted for Gourdon, Sarlat, and other destinations. Continue on the D801, passing through Seniergues, until you reach the junction with the N20 road. Cross straight over the junction, staying on the D801 road, following the signs for Gourdon and Sarlat. When you reach the junction with the D673 road, make a right turn. After approximately 100 meters, with the lake on your right, make a left turn. The Manoir will be located about 50 meters ahead on your left.

From Rodez airport, first make your way to Figeac. Then, follow the directions to reach the A20 motorway, but before reaching the motorway approach road, make a right turn onto the D801 road, which will be signposted for Gourdon, Sarlat, and other destinations. Proceed as mentioned above to reach the Manoir.
