Welcome to "Beach Walk," a beautiful house located just 100m from the sandy beach end, perfect for 2 to 6 people. Enjoy stunning views of the sea and the lighthouse Eckmühl from the three south-facing bedrooms. The house features a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a king-sized bed that can be separated into two singles), a large bathroom with shower, bath, and two washbasins, and two toilets. Additional amenities include a garage, courtyard, enclosed garden with an electric gate, terrace with garden furniture and chairs, barbecue, baby equipment, and internet access.Immerse yourself in the local culture by attending the Guilvinec show, where you can witness the return of trawlers and the landing of the day's catch. Indulge in delicious seafood such as lobsters, crabs, and fish, and don't forget to try the famous crepes.
Conveniently, all shops are located just 800m from the house, and you can easily walk to the market on Tuesday and Sunday mornings (a market trolley is available).
The price for a week's stay ranges from 220€ to 900€ (excluding charges), depending on the season. Off-peak periods range from 220€ to 260€ per week, school holidays (except summer) are 350€ per week, June and September are 350€ to 400€ per week, and summer 2024 (July/August) is 750€ to 900€ per week with a minimum booking of two weeks.
If this property is not available, we also have another house located just 150m from the sea with affordable rates starting from 220€ to 280€ per week in the off-season.
