Cannes City B & B is a charming guest house located in the western area of Cannes. Just a 5-minute stroll from the beach and a convenient 12-minute bus ride to the festival palace and the old town.We have two cozy rooms, thoughtfully furnished with an array of amenities. Our guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast each morning, featuring a delightful mix of savory and sweet homemade treats such as freshly baked breads, yogurt, jam, refreshing fruit salad, and delectable pastries. From April to September, we invite you to savor this scrumptious meal on our balcony, creating a truly enchanting experience.
In addition to our comfortable accommodations and delectable breakfast, we offer an assortment of inclusive services. These include bathrobes, toiletries, access to a washing machine and dryer, bicycles for exploring the area, high-quality linens, as well as a variety of beverages like tea, coffee, still and sparkling water.
Our warm and welcoming approach ensures that you instantly feel at home. We are always eager to engage with our guests, providing valuable insights about our beautiful region. How to get to our house:
Option 1: By bus Airport Express
- From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport: The bus operates between 8am and 11pm.
- From Cannes bus station: The bus operates between 7am and 8pm.
- Once you arrive at the terminal bus station in Cannes, take bus 1, 2, or 20 to Cannes La Bocca market place (approximately 10 minutes). If possible, we can pick you up from the station for free (please ask us by email).
- Price: €20 for one way or €30 for a return trip.
- Total travel time: approximately 1.5 hours.

Option 2: By limousine service
- Price: Approximately €100 for a one-way trip.
- Total travel time: approximately 40 minutes.
- Reservation required. Visit (website hidden).
Option 3: By train (TER)
- From Nice: Trains operate between 5:44am and 11:47pm.
- From Cannes: Trains operate between 5:30am and 11:30pm.
- Price: From €5.80 to €9.60 for one trip.
- From Terminal 1, take the free scuttle gate A0 to the "Arénas" stop. Walk for about 15 minutes to the train station:
- Cross around Avenue Lindbergh and turn left (lycée hôtelier Paul Augier).
- Turn right (boulevard René Cassin) until the traffic light.
- Cross to the left, under the SNCF bridge (route de Grenoble), and turn right (avenue Edouard Grinda) to reach the train station.
- Take the train to Cannes La Bocca station.
- From the station, head towards the city center on avenue Francis Tonner. You will reach the house in approximately 15 minutes by walking. If possible, we can pick you up with the car for free at the train station (please ask us by email).
- Total travel time: approximately 2 hours.
Option 4: By our home made pickup service
- We can pick you up at the airport at your arrival time. Look for a person holding a paper with your name in the luggage delivery area.
- Contribution costs: €30 for gas, toll highway, etc. The airport is approximately 35 km from the house.
- Please ask us by email as this service is only possible if I am not working during your arrival time.
- Total travel time: approximately 35 minutes.
Local Transport:
- Bus lines to Cannes center: N°1 Palm Express, N°2 Palm bus, N°2° Palm bus.
- Night buses: N1, N2, N20 (operate until 3am, one bus each hour from midnight). A taxi trip during the night costs about €12-€15 from Cannes.
- Bus to Le Cannet center: N°11 Palm bus.
- Bus to Grasse: N°610 Tam bus.
- Train station: Cannes La Bocca station connects to various destinations from Italy to Marseille. It is easy to reach Nice center in 35 minutes, Monaco center in 60 minutes, St Tropez center in 45 minutes, and Antibes center in 15 minutes by train. You can also take a train to Vintimille, the closest Italian city, for the big Friday market in 1 hour and 15 minutes from Cannes.
