Welcome to BECHY (57580), where you will find this lovely ground floor apartment in our farmhouse. It is ideally located for exploring the heritage of Lorraine, Alsace, and Luxembourg, as well as participating in events such as the METZ Exhibition Fair (FIM) or for business travel. The apartment offers a private terrace and barbecue, providing a peaceful retreat with all amenities just 4 minutes away (restaurant, bank, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.).With easy access to the motorway (RN955), you can reach Metz within 20 minutes, allowing you to enjoy the city's activities and then return to the tranquility of your accommodation. The FIM (International Fair METZ), MERCY hospital, METZ NANCY airport, TGV station, A4 and A31 motorway exits, PONT A MOUSSON (20 minutes away), and NANCY (35 minutes away) are all within a 15-35 minute drive.
The apartment, suitable for 4 people, offers comfort and convenience with its fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with sofas and flat screen TV, DVD player, and a bedroom with a double bed (160 X 200). An additional double bed (140X200) is available in a connecting room. A cot is also provided for families with babies.
Smoking is not allowed indoors, but you may smoke outside. Unfortunately, pets are not accepted.
The rental rate includes all charges, sheets, and linens, with a minimum stay of 2 nights at 85 per night or 350 per week. For longer stays, please inquire about monthly rates. Breakfast and dinner options are available upon request for an additional fee.
Parking is available on-site. The proximity of the MERCY hospital and FIM is less than 15 minutes, while the museum, Pompidou Centre, and METZ city center are 20 minutes away. Golf courses in CHERISEY (10 minutes), METZ (15 minutes), and FAULQUEMONT (20 minutes) are also nearby. Additionally, AMNEVILLE and its spa can be reached within 30 minutes.

Directions
To reach your destination from Paris, follow the A4 highway towards Metz. When you approach Metz, continue on the A4 towards Strasbourg, avoiding the city center. Stay on the A4 and head towards Metz Est. From there, take the direction towards Chateau Salin. Once you reach the exit for Chateau Salin, follow the fast track until the end. At the first roundabout, take the third exit towards Lupy or St Avold, making sure not to accidentally turn towards Buchy, as it is a different village. Continue straight until you reach the Bechy exit. Have a great trip, Monique and Franck!
