Description for B&B:
This art deco style villa, designed by architect George Letélié (Prix de Rome) and executed by Pierre Grizet, the architect of the city of La Rochelle in the 50s, is rich in history. It underwent a complete renovation in early 2016, with great care taken to preserve its original features while incorporating a modern and exotic décor that includes a variety of tropical plants.Located close to the heart of the old city, yet away from the bustling center, Villa Verde offers a tranquil retreat in its charming garden. Its proximity to popular attractions such as Place de Verdun, Vieux Port, and Competition Beach ensures convenience and the opportunity to explore.
