La Maison du Palmier is a charming bed and breakfast located in the heart of La Rochelle's Old Port. We offer three unique and comfortable rooms for our guests to enjoy.Room 1, known as the Chinese - Junior suite, is a spacious 28m2 room located on the first floor patio. It features a cozy double bed measuring 160 x 200 and a sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with both a bath and a shower cabin. Guests are provided with bathrobes and an independent hairdryer. Additionally, there is a separate WC and free wireless broadband access.
Room 2, named Doucette - junior suite, is a lovely 23m2 room also located on the first floor patio. It offers a double bed measuring 160 x 200 and a comfortable sitting area. The bathroom includes bath robes and a hairdryer. Guests can enjoy free access to wifi broadband.
Bedroom 3, known as The Traveller - Double, is a cozy 20m2 room located on the ground floor patio. It features a double bed measuring 160 x 200. The bathroom is equipped with bathrobes, a bathtub, and a hairdryer. There is also an independent WC and free access to wifi broadband.

If you are coming by car from the North, take the A10 road towards Paris - Orléans - Tours - Chatellerault - Poitiers. Take exit 33 towards La Rochelle Ile de Ré Lagord. Follow the signs to Place/Verdun Parking - WEST Vieux Port (old port, now exclusively pedestrian!).
If you are coming by car from the South, take the A10 road towards Bordeaux - Saintes - La Rochelle. Take the A837 exit towards Lagord - Place/Verdun Parking - WEST Vieux Port (old port, now exclusively pedestrian!).
If you are coming by train, take the TGV from Paris Montparnasse. There are 13 departures per day and the journey takes approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes. Make a reservation at voyages-sncf.com.
If you are coming by plane, there are flights available from Ajaccio, Birmingham, Bristol, Brussels Charleroi, Cork, Dublin, Porto, East Midlands, Leeds, London, Lyon, Manchester, Paris, and Edinburgh. Make a reservation at the La Rochelle airport reservation site.
