This house offers a spacious and comfortable architect-designed space with stunning views of the forest to the south. It is located in a peaceful and green setting, close to the village center. Children will enjoy the nearby playground. The house is conveniently situated near the starting points of various hiking trails, only 100 meters away.You will have the convenience of two parking spaces, as well as a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with flowers, trees, and outdoor games. The large terrace is equipped with a garden table, chairs, and a gas barbecue.
In the charming village of Illfurth, just 300 meters from the cottage, you will find a lovely bakery, a friendly butcher, a newsagent and small grocery store, a traditional restaurant called "Le Coq," and an Irish pub. There is also a CARREFOUR supermarket, two restaurants (Kebab and Pizzeria), a cheese shop, pharmacy, four hairdressers, a library, three doctors, three dentists, two physiotherapists, a chiropodist, and a delightful little market on Thursday mornings. Additionally, there is a bicycle repair shop.
The house itself is spacious and filled with natural light. Its location is ideal for exploring the beautiful region of Alsace, as well as nearby Switzerland and Germany. The rental accommodates up to six people and includes a large south-facing balcony, a patio, and a 500 square meter enclosed garden.

Colmar, with its Wine Route and the stunning High Koenigsbourg Castle, is only 35 minutes away.
