Welcome to The Barn at ARRION, a delightfully comfortable barn located just 20 minutes away from the beautiful Landes coastline. This spacious accommodation can accommodate groups of 4 to 12 people.Inside, you will find two adjoining bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other with a 160cm bed, as well as a baby bed. The barn also features a bathroom with an Italian shower, two sinks, a separate toilet, and a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a covered terrace, and there is a lounge area and a dining area with a 12-person table, as well as a bar corner.
Surrounded by 8 hectares of open woodland, The Barn provides a peaceful and isolated retreat in the heart of nature. It is conveniently located 20km away from the ocean, with easy access to beaches such as Messanges, Soustons, and Vieux Boucau. The nearby lakes of Soustons, Léon, and Saint-Paul-les-Dax offer additional recreational opportunities, and the thermal town of Dax is just 16km away.
Outside, guests can enjoy a BBQ and an outdoor warm shower. The barn itself spans a generous 150m².
The location of The Barn is also highly convenient, being just 3km from the A 63 motorway exit between Magescq and Herm. The village of Magescq is also just 3km away, and the popular destinations of Soustons, Soustons Plage, and Vieux Boucau can be reached within a 20-minute drive.
For your comfort, bed linen, bath mats, towels, and kitchen towels are provided. In terms of entertainment, there are various games available for both children and adults, including dice, cards, darts, petanque, golf equipment, croquet, volleyball, and badminton. Please note that there is no television, but WIFI is available 100 meters away. The owner lives nearby and is happy to provide recommendations and assistance.

The rental rates for 2022 are as follows:
- Weekly rentals only, with a minimum stay of one week
- From mid-July to end of August: €900 per week
