La Clôture is a charming gîte located on the first floor, offering a comfortable and cozy accommodation. The bedroom is perfect for two people, featuring a spacious double bed measuring 160x200cm and overlooking the picturesque surrounding fields. You will also have access to a private bathroom equipped with modern fixtures.For your relaxation and leisure, there is a small sitting area with a lovely view where you can enjoy reading the newspaper or a good book.
Located below the gîte/studio, you will find the convenient summer kitchen. This well-equipped kitchen is at your disposal, allowing you to prepare your own breakfast or a simple meal if you desire. It features a fridge, dishwashers, a two-burner cooker, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, and a small oven. All the necessary kitchen essentials such as pans, cutlery, dishes, and kitchen linens are provided.
Your private entrance and terrace can be accessed through the double doors, offering you a peaceful and secluded space to unwind.
The rental rates for the gîte are as follows: 385,00/420,00/448,00 per week, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. Additionally, if you would like to enjoy a delicious breakfast served for you, it can be provided in the summer kitchen or on the terrace for an additional cost of 7,50 euros per person, per day.
Alternatively, La Clôture can also be booked as a Bed & Breakfast option. The rates for this option are 70,00/65,00/79,00 per night, including breakfast. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for this option.
Please note that smoking is not allowed inside our home, but you are welcome to smoke outside.

Directions
To reach your destination, follow the road signs for Rennes-Josselin-Pontivy (N764) for 800 meters. Then, continue on the D778 for 2.5 kilometers towards Loudéac, Les Forges, and Lanouée. Look out for a small road on your right that leads to "La Florida." Take an immediate left onto a dead-end road (25 meters) where you will find the house, La Clôture. It is the first house on your left.
If you are using GPS, simply follow the instructions for La Bagatelle in Lanouée. After passing La Florida, you will notice a sign for La Clôture at the end of the country road on your right. The coordinates are latitude: 47.98024159 and longitude: -2.58971572.
