This newly constructed holiday home, situated on the outskirts of the Landes forest, is just a short drive away from the beautiful Bassin d'Arcachon and Biscarrosse.With a total area of 35 sqm, this ground floor cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It features two bedrooms with the option of either two double beds or four single beds, allowing you to choose the arrangement that best suits your needs. The bathroom boasts a double sink and a refreshing shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic plates, a microwave, and a fridge freezer, and it opens up to a cozy living room that includes a sofa bed, a television, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Additionally, there is a private terrace complete with garden furniture and a barbecue, offering the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings.
For outdoor enthusiasts, a cycle track is conveniently located just 600 meters away, providing easy access to the nearby ocean coast or Lake Parentis/Biscarrosse in under 45 minutes. If you prefer to explore on two wheels, bicycles are available for your use. In addition to the natural beauty surrounding the cottage, there are also plenty of activities to keep you entertained, such as mini golf, archery, badminton, football, and petanque.
Families traveling with infants can request baby equipment, including a cot, high chair, and bath deckchair, at no extra cost. The price of the cottage rental includes electricity, water, tourist tax, Wi-Fi, and secure parking. The rental price ranges from 300 to 700 euros, with a 10% discount offered for two-week stays. Optional cleaning services are available for 50 euros, and linens and towels can be rented for 10 euros per person. Payments can be made by cheque.
Please note that the rental period for the cottage is from Saturday 17:00 to Saturday 10:00, ensuring a hassle-free and convenient check-in and check-out process.
