Inside the accommodation, you will find a spacious living room, lounge, and kitchen area spanning 40 m2. It is equipped with modern amenities such as an 82 cm LCD television and a DVD player. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric cooker. The property is also fitted with PVC double glazing, electric heating, and a bathroom with a bath, separate shower, and WC. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience, and there is an independent toilet on the ground floor.
