The property itself is only 20 minutes away from Aix-en-Provence, 10 minutes from the Fréjus-Nice motorway, 35 minutes from Marignane airport, 45 minutes from Marseille, 20 minutes from Aubagne, and 30 minutes from the creeks of Cassis.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy near the house of chestnut, such as the Sainte-Victoire Golf Club which is located 3 km away. There is also a pool in Fuveau, 10 km away, and a swimming pool in Trets which is open during the summer and is only 3 km away. Additionally, there are many opportunities for hiking and sightseeing tours in the area, including the Sainte-Victoire, Sainte-Baume, and the Regagnas mountain chain. Furthermore, wine enthusiasts can take advantage of the numerous vineyards in Provence for wine tourism. The lodging is completely self-contained with its own distinct and private entrance situated on avenue Jean Jaurès. Convenient parking options are available nearby. Additionally, upon request, guests have the option to park within the premises or securely store bicycles, scooters, and other similar items. The keys will be provided upon arrival.
