Welcome to CINNAMON, our charming villa located in Mougins. This spacious house can accommodate up to 12 people, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Throughout the year, you will receive a warm welcome as you step onto our beautiful terrace and garden.

As our guests, you will have access to the ground floor of the villa, which includes a relaxing terrace where you can enjoy activities such as smoking, playing cards, or engaging in conversations. During the summer, you can also savor your breakfast or meals on the terrace. If you prefer, we can provide customized host tables, where you can indulge in delicious grilled dishes prepared on the barbecue or enjoy mouthwatering pizzas from Christian's pizzeria. Sabrina will also organize special desserts to delight your children, while evenings can be filled with karaoke sessions and cartoon movies in the living room. The garden offers additional amenities such as swings, a slide, sun umbrellas by the swimming pool, and a designated area for sunbathing and relaxation.

Our family resides in the house throughout the year, and we are delighted to welcome you into our spacious living room, known as "Amber," during the breakfast or guest table service. With a cozy fireplace, it provides the perfect setting to start your day or enjoy a meal. We are always available to provide information about the region, including recommendations for visits, walks, and other activities.

The neighborhood surrounding our villa is peaceful, filled with other beautiful villas. You will find all necessary amenities nearby, including shops, a municipal swimming pool (heated) in Mougins, bus stops, fitness centers, bakeries, restaurants, and the beaches of Cannes. Additionally, there are attractions such as the Lerins Islands, the Valmasque Forest in Mougins, and the local golf course that are worth exploring. Our villa is conveniently adjacent to the year-round heated Municipal pool "Campelières" and the Cannes Superior Dance School "Rosella Hightover."

Description for Gite

CINNAMON is a charming house located on the upper floor of our villa, offering a beautiful view of the garden and pool. With a spacious area of approximately 20 m2, it comfortably accommodates 2 guests (option to add an extra bed for a surcharge of 15). We also provide a baby cot for children under 3 years old upon request, free of charge.

The house features an en-suite shower, sink, and a well-equipped kitchenette including a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, dishwasher, and electric cooking plates. The toilet is separate and shared, located in the hallway.

As our guest, you will have access to the ground floor of our villa, where a common main terrace awaits you. Here, tables and chairs are provided for your meals, along with a barbecue for your grilling needs. The garden is equipped with swings, a slide, and various children's games. Additionally, you can relax by the communal pool on comfortable deckchairs.

The Cottage Studio CINNAMON offers a cozy living space with a double bed (180 cm * 2 mattresses of 90 cm *). If needed, we can add an extra bed for children under 3 years old for a surcharge of 20. The room also includes storage cupboards, a dresser, a dining table with 2 chairs, a TV, and free wifi throughout the villa.

Free parking is available in our copropriété, and the surrounding area is conveniently surrounded by shops. The vibrant city of Cannes and its beautiful beaches are just a 20-minute drive away.
