Welcome to the charming cottage de la Lande, situated in the picturesque village of Yvetôt Bocage, surrounded by apple orchards and fields. This idyllic retreat is conveniently located just 25 minutes away from the beautiful beaches, approximately 20 km. Caen is only an hour away, while Mont Saint Michel can be reached in just two hours.Ideal for both adults and children, this Normand small house can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The spacious 900m² enclosed garden surrounding the house offers endless opportunities for outdoor activities and memorable evenings by the barbecue.
Inside, the house boasts a modern and fully-equipped interior, including a cozy lounge, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The bedding is brand new and designed to provide ultimate comfort for guests of all ages. Additionally, a cellar is available for storing bicycles or any other equipment.
Enjoy the beautiful weather on the terrace, complete with a barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals outdoors.
Our rates for the house are as follows:
- €270 per week during the high season (June, July, and August)
- €200 per week during the low season (September to May)
- €120 for a weekend stay of 8 people
Optional cleaning and bed linen services are also available.
