This charming and modern cottage in Labastide en Val is the perfect escape from everyday stress. It offers all the comforts you need, including amenities for small children such as a booster seat, high chair, baby bath, and changing table. Just a short walk along the water court, you'll discover small pits and a natural water lake where you can swim and have a picnic. Adjacent to the cottage, there is a small alley leading to a peaceful square where you can enjoy pleasant moments.

The interior of the cottage is well-appointed. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee maker, an oven, a gas hob, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a TV, DVD player, and a sofa bed. WiFi access is also provided.

The first floor features a shower room with a toilet and a washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. On the second floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds and a bed rail for added safety.

Labastide-en-Val is a charming village with around a hundred inhabitants. Surrounded by forests, rivers, and fountains, it offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The village is conveniently located for exploring the Cathar castles, the Canal du Midi, the medieval city of Carcassonne, and experiencing the diverse fauna and flora of the Aude region. Additionally, you can indulge in the region's excellent wines and local produce.

Please note that electricity is not included in the price from October to April. Cleaning services are available for an additional fee of 50. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of 25.
